Use of the service
ContractStack provides access to federal procurement data sourced from SAM.gov for informational purposes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Data accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, ContractStack does not warrant that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Federal contract data is sourced directly from SAM.gov and reflects what is available through the GovCon API. Always verify critical information through official government sources before making business decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing concern.
Intellectual property
The ContractStack platform, design, and original content are the property of ContractStack. Federal procurement data is public record sourced from SAM.gov and is not proprietary to ContractStack. You may not reproduce or redistribute ContractStack's platform or interface without permission.
Limitation of liability
ContractStack is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed contract opportunities, decisions made based on platform data, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.
