What we collect
ContractStack collects account information (email address) when you sign up, usage data to improve the product, and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide the ContractStack service — sending bid alerts, saving contracts to your watchlist, and managing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (authentication via Clerk, payments via Stripe, email via Resend).
Data retention
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
