Project Summary

Description of Supplies or Services: Contractors will provide new construction, renovation, and repairs of commercial and institutional facilities at Department of Homeland Security (DHS) installations across all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Supported facilities include waterfront structures, housing, medical complexes, administrative buildings, and other facility types. Work may include specialty trades and infrastructure repairs resulting from extreme weather events. Design Build or Design Bid Build task orders will continue to be competed among existing NMACC III IDIQ holders in accordance with FAR 16.507, fair opportunity procedures in accordance with FAR Class Deviation 26-04. Contracting Office: Department of Homeland Security Office of Contracting and Procurement – Shore Infrastructure (CG-SHORE-C) Contractor(s) Receiving Award/Modification: The NMACC III IDIQ vehicle consists of three contractor pools, collectively encompassing 27 separate IDIQ contracts. All firms incorporated received a modification to increase contract capacity from $4B to $12.25B on January 21,2026.
