Fern Ridge Roof Replacement

Project Summary

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District (NWP) has a requirement to replace the roof of a USACE building located at Fern Ridge Dam in Junction City, Oregon. The Contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items as necessary to perform the replacement of the existing deteriorated asphalt roof system at the Fern Ridge Service Building with a new standing seam metal roof system, in accordance with the construction specifications and drawings. This action was reviewed by the Procuring Contract Officer and the Technical Lead and it was determined that a Firm Fixed-Price Direct Award under section 8(a) of the Small Business Act in accordance with FAR 19.8 was recommended.
