Project Summary

This procurement is for a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Integrated Aqua for annual maintenance and servicing of four SITA UV400 18 TC UL ultraviolet disinfection units and three HEX X3 HP Microscreen Drum Filter units located at the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery's partially recirculating aquaculture system pRAS. The pRAS supports the rearing of approximately 280,000 spring Chinook salmon annually and relies on continuous, specialized operation of these systems to maintain water quality and fish health. This requirement ensures proper functioning of the equipment, protects fish health, and sustains the hatcherys production objectives through timely inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts replacement, and technical support.
