This requirement is for construction services for Various Facilities within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Little Creek, Virginia Beach, Virginia, including, but not limited to, Surface Combat Systems Center Wallops Island, Fort Pickett, and Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia, by means of an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity task-order contract effective for a total of five years. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis to 8(a) contractor Baron Communications Incorporated.
